For any matter concerning this notice, the Terms of Service, or the operation of the Service, write to legal@airhivemx.com, which is the channel we monitor for formal notices. Privacy requests and security reports have their own addresses, listed in the Privacy Policy and the Security page.

This notice covers airhivemx.com and warehouse.airhivemx.com, along with any subdomain from which the Service is delivered.

The Service — its software, interface, design, documentation, and the AirHive and WareHive names and logos — belongs to Air Hive SAS de CV, except where a third-party component is identified as such and governed by its own licence. Nothing in these pages transfers any of those rights: using the Service grants you a right to use it under the Terms of Service, and nothing more.

The data your organization enters into the Service remains yours. We hold it to operate the Service on your behalf, under the Privacy Policy.

This notice is governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. The venue for any dispute is the one agreed in the Terms of Service, which prevail over this page on that point.
